| We require that our Personal Advisers have had experience as Managers or Tenants of a number of licensed premises and have been Area/Regional Managers with Breweries and/or Pubcos. Resulting in an in-depth knowledge of the business at the sharp end, as well as having received intensive training of all aspects of the licensed trade. |

Peter Kirk joined the licensed trade in a Nottingham Night Club as a barman in 1965.
He became a bars manager and at twenty one, a pub manager at that time one of the youngest licensee in the country
Peter had 14 years as a pub manager before joining a Regional Brewery becoming an Area Manager firstly in Tenancies and later in Managed Houses. In 1985 Peter became Trade Development Manager with a national Pub company responsible for recruitment and training of licensees and overall control of all administration aspects of an estate of 300 Public Houses. Peter was tutor and examiner for the companies British Institute of Innkeeping qualifying examinations.
Peter and a Business Partner in 1993 formed a company which operated a number of leased Licensed Properties under management. Peter now concentrates on assisting people in or considering the Licensed Trade for their future. |
